Massage by Mia is led by licensed Massage Therapist Mia Rumbaugh, a massage therapy veteran of eight years. Mia went into the field of Massage Therapy because often having chronic headaches she knows first hand how Massage can alleviate the tensions and discomfort and she wants everyone to feel the healing power of massage also.

Mia attended Iowa College of Natural Health in Ankeny and worked at Massage Heights in West Des Moines for six years before breaking out on her own to establish her new business Massage by Mia on Ingersoll Ave.
